Uniqueness and quality both require time. It takes over months of the passionate devotion of our wine growers and of the South Tyrolean sun, for the grapes to ripen to perfection. After the grape harvest in autumn, the work of oenologist and his team begins in the winery. Their aim is the sensitive development of the wine in the cellar, with careful maturing in steel tanks or barriques. Our experts give each wine the time it needs. White wine grapes are gently pressed, then slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks and after that aged for several months.
